Group and Corporate Volunteering
Looking for fun, team-bonding, in-person way to serve the community together as a team? Consider signing your group up for a Volunteer Takeover, where your company, team, or group reserves an afternoon of volunteering for our Grocery Distribution, career exploration opportunities or a special, on-site event with students. See below for the steps to get your team signed up!
Contact Emily Mungul, emungul@bgcp.org, to identify a day you would like to reserve.
Grocery Distribution takes place on certain days each month from 4:15-7:00 P.M.
We will create a landing page for your volunteer group on our volunteer portal.
You can share the link to your group to populate the volunteer roles for your chosen day.
Each volunteer will receive a confirmation email and an event reminder. The email(s) will include parking information, sign-in details, and health and safety procedures.
